Description

HEE would like to invite potential service providers to respond to the Request for Further Information (RFI) for the provision a reliable, robust and relevant assessment method for applicants to the UK Foundation Programme (UKFP). This is with the aim of incorporating technological advance and a competitive selection methodology to provide a credible, reliable, valid, secure and flexible tool, which will allow for the ranking of approximately 10,000 applicants per annum /application cycle.

The Authority is seeking to canvass opinions and scope general ideas to identify a suitable means of assessment in accordance with the national agreed person specification. The key / primary element is to provide a ranking tool and the secondary purpose is to offer a competency rating. The ranking must be based on the professional attributes expected of a foundation doctor based on the content of the personal specification.
