Description

The Council is inviting tenders for the Supply, Installation, Licensing and Annual Support of IT Applications and Hardware for the Inspection and Maintenance of Trees, ideally with the potential to register other assets such as street furniture etc.
This is joint procurement for Worcester City Council, Wychavon District Council and Malvern Hills District Council. All have separate Arboricultural teams, however the Authorities have a shared ICT Team.
Each Authority will contract separately with the successful bidder and each Authority will decide individually whether they enter in to a contract with the successful bidder based on the prices submitted for their Authority.
Please see the procurement documents for further information. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
