Description

Scarborough Borough Council, on behalf of the Scarborough Museums, Culture and Creative Trust is issuing this tender for the conservation and repair works to the Rotunda Museum in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

The Trust is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to complete the works comprising of:-

• Replacement, repair, rebuilding, repointing and shelter coating of the existing external masonry.
• Decoration of the existing windows.
• All access scaffolding and temporary works.
• Asbestos survey prior to commencement.

The works also include the removal of the existing scaffolding and propping to the concrete cornice which has been erected by the council for health and safety reasons.
