Description

The University is looking for a 3-year servicing contract for our Type 1 and Type 2 water systems.
The package should meet the following specifications:
• Cover all systems as attached for 1 x service (including cartridge change) for all units and 1 additional cartridge change on Pico, Geno and Duo units per annum
• Service to include at least the following:
o Check on feed water quality
o Check on condition of all valves and diaphragms
o Reverse osmosis module and performance noted and replaced if necessary
o Flow rate check and adjustment where required
o Full paperwork to document the service visit and any required return work
• Include all manufacturer consumables associated with these service visits. Provide a unit price for these parts.
• Evidence of fast turn round times for quotes and repair work.
• Preferential call out rates and a statement of what these are
• Evidence that service engineers are trained in the water systems listed
This service contract is to ensure value for money whilst maintaining the high standard of servicing and support that the University requires
