Description
This contract relates to an operational technology reporting service for National Highways CCTV, MIDAS and SVD assets.
This service will improve the availability of National Highways CCTV, MIDAS and SVD assets and reduce the time taken to restore device services following identification of faults. In order to achieve this objective, this reporting service will interface with the outputs from various fault monitoring sources and generate information rich service tickets for National Highways operators.
This information will enable pro-active action to be taken before failure and to prioritise the most suitable fix where there is failure. This service will deliver intelligent insight to maintain services and to ensure that we are accurately prioritising incident response on our network.
