Enabling Works for the Refurbishment of Office Space MKUH ITT 151

The Milton Keynes University Hospital (MKUH) wishes to appoint a Contractor in relation to the capital project as described below and shown on the attached floorplans, site plan and specification.
The works comprise the enabling phase of works comprises the 'soft-strip' of fixtures and fittings and minor internal demolition of doorways and stud walling, from vacated office area on the ground floor (level 1) of the main hospital.
