Description
This tender is for planned preventative maintenance and breakdown cover of the University's various automatic
door systems as defined in the schedules attached to the ITT.
This is a labour only contract and replacement parts or additional work required outside of this agreement will be
subject to a variation order by the relevant Maintenance Officer. The University retains the right to invite tenders
from other companies for the supply of replacement parts. A full asset list is attached to the invitation to tender.
The list of doors may be extended or reduced in accordance with the case of need. The price will be varied to
reflect such changes in line with the pricing set out in the schedule and to reflect the remaining duration of the
agreement. The contractor will provide a service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
