Description

Rother District Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified contractors to carry out the fitting out works at the Colonnade, Bexhill-on-Sea TN40 1BP. The fit out for this unique seafront dining location as a café / Restaurant which will include supply and installation of lighting for both front and back of house areas to make ready for trading.

It is intended that the works will start in the week ending 1st June 2018 and works are to be completed within a 3 week period. It is expected that tendering contractors will secure sufficient labour and adopt working hours that will ensure that the works will be completed on time.
