Description

AWC daytime support opportunities to offer personal care and support with all needs which includes hair-dressing, shaving, bathing, nail care and of course access to other professionals from Chiropody, audiology to medical support. Medication can be managed during the day by the care home. Medical appointments are also able to be covered/managed and a member of the care home team would support these visits.
