Description

Jubilee 2 Leisure Facility (J2) is located in Brunswick Street Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire. The centre has now been open for 6 years. The current contract for the mechanical/electrical service and maintenance expiring in 2018.
You are invited to submit a Tender for the general maintenance of the mechanical and electrical plant equipment and systems based upon four Planned Maintenance visits per annum at quarterly intervals - and Legislative/CIBSE intervening required visits of a Cyclical and response maintenance nature that may end up being as and when a response request is triggered by Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council (NULBC) / NULBC J2 Leisure staff.
The contract is intended to run from 1 December 2018 for an initial 2 year period with a possible extension of a further year, subject to satisfactory delivery and satisfactory review of the initial 2 year contract period.
