Description

The overall objective of this assignment will be to plan and provide a high quality and fresh canteen/catering services in the compound of British Embassy in Kathmandu. Canteen Service provider will be required to provide meals, snacks and beverages for One HMG staff and other residents on compound daily, particularly during office hours on chargeable basis. The Contractor will provide first class catering services largely being cooked / prepared on the premises in a safe and hygienic environment. Being a largely open plan office, staff will be encouraged to dine in the canteen.

We currently have 200 plus staff members and families .Based on our experience, more than 75 staff uses the canteen facility on a daily basis.

The Recipient of services
Following will be the principle recipient of the services:
- All One HMG staff and families working and/or living on/off compound
- All contractual staff on compound
- Occasional visitors to the compound
