Description
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) is embarking on a project known as the Minster House Redevelopment. The site is located at Minister Way, Hatfield, AL10 9JN. The scope of the project is to demolish the existing buildings which comprise 29 flats and 11 bungalows of sheltered housing accommodation and build a state of the art modern sheltered housing scheme comprising 86 No. residential units and 2 No. guest units, external hard and soft landscaping, below ground drainage and services and the value is approximately £15 million.
The Council is looking to issue the procurement notice at the end of May 2019, and to enable the documents to be structured in a way that is attractive to the marketplace, the Council is seeking views of potential bidders on a number of scenarios that are included within this document.
