Please note that the Authority has previously conducted this procurement, however due to changes in requirements, we have decided to abandon the previous procurement and re do it. The reference number of the previous contract notice was 2024/S 000-013716.

North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is undertaking a procurement to
provide Housing Management to the clients of Swan House in North East
Lincolnshire. The procurement is split into the following 2 lots:
Lot 1 - Intensive Housing Management Services Provided at Swan House
Lot 2 - Intensive Rough Sleeper Support Services Provided for Swan House Clients
