Description

Runnymede Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest through the submission of a fully completed Selection Questionnaire (SQ) for their Gas Servicing Maintenance contract that shall reflect a fully managed 3* Gas Service Agreement to cover the domestic heating and hot water and gas installations, and the annual service and responsive maintenance for the three communal Gas Boiler installations within the councils IRL (Sheltered) properties.

The scope of cover within the 3* arrangement for the domestic heating installations and those supported by our communal heating, is to include for a contact centre that can receive and offer a service to the councils residents 24 hours a day for 365 days of the year.

The service covers all the related appliances, such as the boiler and all associated fittings, fires, wall heaters, water heaters, and cookers, and such that are the responsibility of the Employer and the provision of an annual inspection regime that culminates in the issue of a LGSR record for all of the properties within a 12 month anniversary.
