Description

Leicester City Council invites quotations for the provision of refurbishment works of existing classroom spaces to create a designated specialist provision facility (DSP), and this will include the following works:
• Build moveable wall to divide main DSP classroom into two separate classes.
• Specified improvements to new DSP classrooms.
• Retrofitting full acoustic wall and ceiling panels as specified.
• Creation of new children's toilets and changing table rooms.
• Renovation to create a sensory room
• Improvements to main DSP classroom.
• Fencing and gate works to accommodate external DSP space
• Access control works
• Associated Mechanical and Electrical works.
The Authority wishes to ensure that its procurement opportunities are open to small and micro local enterprises, voluntary, and community sector organisations as it appreciates the very important role they play in the local economy. Quotations from these organisations are particularly welcomed.
This RfQ (including appendices and all other documentation) issued to Suppliers sets out details of the Authority's requirements and how to submit your quotation.
