Description

Under this contract Stratford-on-Avon District Council (referred to herein as SDC) are seeking a Provider who can both lease and manage four self-contained one bedroom/bedsit units of accommodation and deliver into these units support based upon the fidelity of the Housing First model. The structure of the contract is such that SDC will be the landlord of the properties, the Provider will be the tenant, and the Housing First client, the sub-tenant and all are referenced accordingly so in this document. For the purposes of support planning, sub-tenants are referred to as residents. The contract between SDC and the Provider will be in two parts:
o To lease 4 properties identified by the Council in the draft Heads of Terms document set out at Appendix D below for use as intermediate move-on accommodation and provide a management and repairs service for households in said properties.
o To provide intensive flexible support in accordance with the fidelity of the Housing First model, ensuring the support is flexible and intensive and through a trauma informed lens.
The units of accommodation must comply with the Lettable Standard, terms of the lease, as well as the provisions specified in the attached documentation.
