Description

The commission's primary aim is to identify, shortlist, and prioritise key intervention sites aligned with the city's regeneration vision. These sites will serve as focal points for joint efforts between Homes England and NCC to develop a strategic pipeline for Nottingham. Through a combination of desktop analysis and soft market testing, the commission will:\r

• Establish a shared pipeline of housing-led regeneration opportunities\r
• Assess suitable housing tenures in response to occupier segment demand per site\r
• Recommend delivery strategies and potential public-private partnership arrangements\r

Ultimately, the goal is to enable viable site solutions that maximise land use and support delivery of high-quality housing in line with local needs and strategic objectives.
