Description

The London Borough of Barnet has issued an Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for an Independent Visitors Scheme Service.
An Independent Visitor (IV) is a volunteer who is not paid for their services, and is giving up their time to contribute positively to the welfare of a Child or Young Person (CYP) to be able to promote the child's developmental, socially and emotionally. The IV visits, advises and supports the CYP according to their needs and wishes. The new service is required to be flexible enough not only to deliver services which achieve good outcomes, but also respond to changing demands in scope and delivery.
