Description

The A46 Newark Bypass is a complex major infrastructure improvement scheme being developed by National Highways to widen the A46 to dual carriageway from the Farndon Roundabout to the Winthorpe Roundabout.

Skanska are currently preparing the scheme budget for National Highways, and wish to engage with the supply chain to support this budget pricing exercise.

Summary of package:
Demolition of buildings to enable construction of new bypass.
- Mint Leaf restaurant - brick built roadside services restaurant with pitch tiled roof.
- Salt Barn - Brick and metal clad maintenance shed with corrugated cement roof (asbestos present).
