Description

The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Tender for the refurbishment of the public toilets at Halifax Borough Market as part of the Future High Street Fund. The purpose of the project is to provide modern and fit for purpose welfare facilities for all visitors to the market. This project is one of a series of schemes that will be undertaken in the market over a period of time. Market traders toilets - on successful and satisfactory completion of the public toilet scheme, the Contractor will be given the opportunity to provide a negotiated tender for the works to refurbish the traders toilet and wash-up facility within the market. At time of tendering the traders toilet facility is only at outline design stage with a budget estimate provided as a provisional sum. Site visits are a condition of tendering and dates will be published via the messaging portal.
