Description
Tenders are invited from interested parties for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Audio Visual Equipment for the Smart Innovation Hub new building at Keele University in accordance with the Tender Specification in Section 2 - Appendix A of the ITT.
Given the need for one Service Provider to co-ordinate the delivery of all of the goods required, the contract has not been divided into lots.
The contract will run for the period 1st July 2019 to 31st December 2021 and will cover the supply, delivery and installation (where applicable) of the Audio Visual Equipment which must be completed during the period 19th July 2019 to 16th August 2019 as detailed within the tender specification.
The estimated total value of the contract over its duration is £250,000 excluding VAT.
The Smart Innovation Hub project (project reference code 32R17P01691) is part funded through a consortium of funding bodies, including the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth programme 2014-2020.
