Description

Supply of Soil/Material Conveyor Systems




The Conveyor Systems are required primarily to enable soils and other materials to be loaded or removed from the (up to) 5m deep research pit whilst minimising the generation of dusk by excavators at each end of the conveyor system. The concrete walled pit is 5 metres deep when empty, and 0 metres deep when completely full. The solution will need to accommodate changes in height and also span voids within the pit area. In addition, a conveyor will be required to load the material handling silos located in the facility grounds.
