Description

Health Education England (HEE) is seeking to commission the delivery of a national programme of Step into Work, an off the shelf employability programme designed by trusts or social care organisations (or collaborations) in partnership with DWP, for adults aged 19+ receiving work related benefits to support them into health and social care roles. This work forms part of the Talent for Care strategic framework with a particular focus on widening participation for unemployed adults into entry level health and social care roles.

This is a continuation of the current Step Into Work national programme and we are now looking to commission a further 10 organisations (trusts, social care or collaborations) to develop, deliver and evaluate an employability programme in partnership with DWP aimed at adults aged 19+ in receipt of work-related benefits aiming to progress individuals into entry level health and social care roles. This employability programme has the ability to flex the content and delivery to enable organisations to target particular widening access and participation groups within your communities and work to solve a workforce challenge.

Quotations are invited to deliver these employment programme spanning over 3 years from 2022 - 2025. Regular reports, (anonymised) data and a full evaluation will be required.
