Description

Royal borough of Greenwich (RBG) seeks quotations for the provision of a Business Consultant to work on its Avery Hill Winter Garden location.

RBG is looking to appoint a consultant/consultancy to develop a business plan and identify funding for the transformation of the building into a vibrant historical venue.

RBG's vision is to create a self-run, self-sustaining community asset that provides cultural, educational and economic benefits to the local community, the wider Royal Borough of Greenwich and visitors from outside the borough who wish to share in our unique winter garden. Restoration of the structure is a separate but integral part of the transformation and the consultant would be expected to work closely with the team and other council officers in developing proposals.
