Description

The project is for the construction of the Medical technologies Innovation Facility circa 2500M2 at Nottingham Trent University Clifton Campus. The site forms part of a busy University campus which is in constant use. The project will be expected to be delivered to a BREEAM excellent rating and EPC A. The project construction building cost is anticipated to be in the region of £7 to £8m including FF and E and excluding vat. The University are also planning to install £4-5 M od specialist equipment. The specialist equipment is not included in the tender but may require elements of co-ordination and installation.
