Description

The Central Print Unit provides a printing resource and processes requests from various sections of Sandwell MBC, external companies and local members. The orders vary from 1 print request to thousands.
The system currently used is 20 + years old and has not been supported for several years. It runs on Vista and is not compatible with the current Windows Operating system & Office 365. No back-ups are taken.
There is a requirement to replace this existing system so that it is compliant with the current ICT infrastructure and security.
