Description

ASYE is a one-year, employer-led, induction programme and is integral to the department's social work reform agenda, allowing newly-qualified social workers (NQSWs) to receive bespoke support as they transition into frontline practice. Ongoing ASYE support for the sector is critical. SfC have provided this support since April 2015.
