Description

Tenders are invited for the supply and installation of equipment and maintenance in accordance with the information and specification detailed within this invitation to tender.
This procurement is to appoint a single supplier, who can provide equipment and services to any of the authorities list under section 2.9 Collaborating Authorities.

The supplier will be required to carry out pre-winter and mid-winter calibration and maintenance for all weather stations as instructed, and any ad hoc remedial work as requested.

The supplier will also be required to provide a bureau service, to ensure that the data is available in line with the details within the specification, including TfWM and the appointed weather forecast supplier.

Individual Authorities may require decommissioning and disposal of existing RWS.

Individual Authorities may require traffic management as part of this framework.
