Description
Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to refurbish the existing Bus Shelter outside the Civic Centre, Southend on Sea.
The works will include the refurbishment of existing Bus Shelter including upgrading electrics and renewing roof covering.
A Schedule of Works will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract.
