Description
Liverpool City council are seeking a supplier of air quality monitoring equipment as specified below. We are also seeking a contact for the service and maintenance of this equipment and for the management of the data produced. These service and maintenance contracts are for one year.
The procurement of a minimum of six units of Air Quality Monitoring Equipment (PM2.5 / PM10) for operation by Liverpool City Council. The sensors are to be placed in and around the grounds of four schools in Liverpool. Two schools will be part of the project during the Autumn 2021 term and two schools during the Spring 2022 term. There will be a minimum of 3 sensors per school and therefore a total of six sensors required at any one time.
For each of the sensors supplied we require servicing of all serviceable parts in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and using components officially sanctioned by the manufacturer. This shall be completed prior to installation at the monitoring location and also when the sensors are transferred between the two sets of schools.
Contractors are required to supply any equipment needed to service and repair the monitoring equipment and also to undertake calibration of the instruments before and after service and maintenance visits.
