Description

The British Red Cross Society "Red Cross" is a humanitarian organisation that refuses to ignore people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. We enable vulnerable people at home and overseas to prepare for and respond to emergencies in their own communities and when the crisis is over, we help people recover and move on with their lives.
Red Cross wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Water and Sanitation Equipment for Emergency Situations with a number of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers who shall support various requirements.
Red Cross' current requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Rapid Latrines;
- Raised Latrines;
- Sit On Plates;
- Squatting Plates;
- Sanplat;
- Plastic Sheeting;
- Showers;
- Handwashing;
- Hygiene Promotion Box;
- Water Treatment;
- Drums;
- Pumps;
- Chlorine Sprayers;
- Indoor Sprayers; and
- Body Bags
It is anticipated that this Framework Agreement will be awarded for the duration of 24 months, with the option to extend the duration for an additional 12 month period, at Red Cross' discretion.
