Description

The University is looking to acquire an Optical interferometer microscope that has the ability to measure ultra low roughness surface of a specular nature such as polished metal alloy surfaces, diamond turned surfaces and surface coatings on flexible substrates. In addition there is a requirement to be able to measure more general machined surface where roughness Sa is of the order of several microns. The system will be sited in a clean room environment
