Description

Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a Business Investment Marketing Specialist to deliver a business investment marketing strategy and communications campaign. This appointment will be spilt into two lots;
• Lot 1 - Blackpool Business Investment Marketing Strategy - a compelling Blackpool Business Investment Marketing Strategy which includes the proposed supporting Marketing and Communications campaign and;
• Lot 2 - Communications Campaign - A proposal for the delivery of the 12-month Marketing and Communications Campaign once it has been agreed.
