This is a Voluntary Transparency Notice only to advise of the intention to award a contract for the Provision of Flying Training Pipeline Management Tool in April 2020 to Bellwade Ltd.
This is due to the fact that no tools are available on the open market capable of managing student throughput. Bellwade Ltd, working with CSAV Flying Training cell, has developed a bespoke software programme specifically for the pipeline management of flying training.
