The refurbishment of St Nicholas Gardens Public Conveniences situated on Foreshore Road in Scarborough, YO11 1NU. As part of a review of public toilet provision within the Borough of Scarborough, the existing site has been identified as needing significant work to bring it to a modern standard. The site is to be entirely refurbished to provide male and female facilities, complemented by accessible provision. The site will also feature automated pay-on-entry access control [provided by the Council].
