Description

The Authority has scheduled a Bidder Site Visit and will be holding a briefing session on Thursday 22 June.

All Bidders are recommended to attend but attendance is optional and any slides or handouts will be uploaded to the e-Sourcing portal once the session is complete.

Bidders must send a message on the e-Sourcing Portal by Tuesday the 20th June 2017 and advise who from your organisation will be attending. Please note the Council has to limit spaces to two representatives per organisation.

Bidders must bring their own personal protective equipment for the site visit to include steel toe and midsole boots, hard hats, hi-vis, gloves and glasses.
