The SHEEP partnership - North and North East Lincolnshire Council intend to develop and establish a Council endorsed HHCRO/Eco home energy efficiency improvement scheme via a framework of approved providers, able to deliver large volumes of free/subsidised energy efficiency improvements across the two regions.
