Description

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to install a fire alarm at Fairways Primary School.

A Schedule of Works will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Work Contract. Please note that the successful contractor (or their subcontractor) will need to hold a valid NICEIC Certificate and hold a third party certification to carry out work on a fire alarm system such as LPS 1014 Scheme, BAFE SP203 Scheme or equivalent.

It is anticipated that quotation documents will be available via the e-tender system on 9th June 2017 with a return date of 30th June 2017. You will receive an e-mail once you have registered to inform you that the quotation documents are available.

The proposed commencement date of this project is 24th July 2017 and we anticipate a 6 week programme of works.
