Description
The National Lottery Community Fund (hereafter referred to as the 'Fund') is seeking to procure a suitable supplier for independent research with customers to inform the improvement of the impact evidence that we collect.
The project will involve qualitative research with organisations that have applied for funding and grantholders that have been funded by the Fund (hereafter referred to as 'customers'), seeking to understand their views about and experience of collecting impact evidence.
It will be a short contract, lasting 3 months (until 30 April 2022), with a maximum budget of £70,000 (exclusive of VAT). We require a supplier who can quickly mobilise to run a qualitative research project and report on the findings within a short timescale.
This contract will be subject to the Fund's standard terms and conditions. These can be accessed via the following link: https://www.tnlcommunityfund.org.uk/about/customer-service/supplier-zone/terms-and-conditions (this contract will be subject to our terms and conditions for over £10,000). A submission received as part of this tender process shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions, so bidders are advised to review these with their legal team whilst the tender is still live.
In order to access this tender bidders will need to register their organisations on the Fund's e-tendering portal via the following link: https://tnlcommunityfund.bravosolution.co.uk/.
