Description
WDH is seeking an independent evaluator to undertake a 'summative assessment' of the England European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Airedale Carbon Reduction Retrofit project. The report will comprise an impact evaluation encompassing the requirements of a summative assessment, requested by our funders. It should follow the Guidance (v4) ESIF-GN-1-033 and Appendices ESIF-GN-1-034.
