Description

The Council and Together for Children are seeking to establish a contract for the provision of Domestic Abuse Support Services.

The Domestic Abuse Service will bring together domestic abuse services for adults and children into one integrated service providing holistic support to the whole family.

The Contractor will establish clear pathways and referral routes into the different elements of the Service for different family members. The Service will be comprised of:

1. Safe Accommodation (Refuge) with Specialist Onsite Support
2. Specialist Outreach Support for Victims/Survivors and Children
3. Early Intervention Service
4. Perpetrator Intervention and Support (Perpetrator Service)
5. Sanctuary Scheme
