Description

Harris Primary Academy Beckenham Green requires the following works:
- Replacement of boilers, pumps, flue and conversion from open vented to pressurised system.
- Maintenance and repairs to heat emitters
- Adaptation of distribution pipework in Main School Hall to suit a new Fire Escape door in an external wall
- Re-lighting 4 rooms with Thorlux LED fittings
- Removal of redundant electricity supply
- Relocation of main switchfuse unit in boiler plant room
- Works to address NICEIC C2 and FI faults.
