Description
Durham University require an integrated package of equipment for the preparation of biological and other material by cryo and standard methods for electron microscopy (SEM and TEM). The package should consist primarily of a high pressure freezer (HPF), with light stimulation and a freeze substitution (FS) unit with automated media exchange. The package should also include a cryo-ultramicrotome with automated serial section collection on silicon wafers and micromanipulation of section/grids.
