Description

exercise to test the market for Offsite Record Storage Services.
The Authority is looking to procure a contract for the secure storage of documents
and records in a physical format, including paper, microfiche, microfilms, and some
objects. This will also include retrieval services with the capability of doing scan on
demand as well as bulk scanning services. The service provider shall be able to
carry out secure destructions of records as requested.
The event will take place on the 16th August 2018 in the Courtyard Room at
Hammersmith Town Hall, King Street, London, W6 9JU. The event will begin at 10:00
