Kingston Upon Hull City Council is seeking suitable qualified providers to deliver a 5 year contract for smokingcessation services with a possible one year extension. Hull City Council is conducting the procurement usingthe Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) under the Light Touch Regime in accordance with the
