Description
North Somerset Council would like to invite your organisation to quote for:
1. Repair and/or replacement of four (4) balustrade uprights that are bent and cracked at the connection between the rectangular hollow section (RHS) post and its baseplate and are leaning inwards.
2. Void filling beneath the concrete slipway on The Beach frontage where local lowering of the beach level has resulted in undermining.
3. Local stone replacement and mortar repairs at the junction of the slipway and the ramp, using Cornerstone Harbour Mix or similar approved marine-grade repair mortar.
The Contractor shall provide all labour, plant, materials, temporary works, protection, traffic/pedestrian management, and environmental controls necessary to deliver the works safely and to the standards set out in the specification.
