Description

The Contractor is required to undertake external landscaping works at the existing premises of The Global Academy 1 Record Walk, Hayes UB3 1DH.

The scope of works is primarily hard landscaping and planting including some trees. Highways works to include creation of a bus layby and hard landscaping to the Blyth Road elevation is required. Chip and macadam resurfacing to the Academy's eastern elevation forms part of the scope of works and installation of external table tennis tables are proposed in this location. Additionally, relocation of the bin store away from the existing building is required to meet Health and Safety best practices.

A Design Brief will be provided. The successful Contractor will be required to complete the design and detailing of the works.

Contract Period: The construction period is estimated to be in the region of 26 weeks and the completed works are required no later than 04 February 2019.

Contract Value: The contract value is estimated to be approximately £500,00 not including VAT.
