Description

South Gloucestershire Council is looking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of the Repairs and Planned Maintenance Service for SG Homes, South Gloucestershire Council's Social Lettings Agency.

SG Homes manages properties on behalf of private landlords to enable increased housing options for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. As part of the management of the properties, South Gloucestershire Council will be required to organise repairs on properties and carry out ongoing maintenance on behalf of the landlord.

The Council anticipates that opportunities will be available in, but not limited to, the following categories:
Plumbing, Electrical, Compliance (gas, electrical, EPC), Cleaning, Boiler / heating, General internal work (to include plastering, decoration and general repairs), General external work (to include roofing, guttering) and Gardening

The DPS is anticipated to begin from 1st May 2025
