Description
Folkestone & Hythe District Council is seeking the service of a Cost Consultant to assist the Architect/lead consultant to develop the project for 4 properties residential development at Varne, The Green, Greatstone, Kent. The appointment of Cost Consultant is to carry out specialist roles and advise on all aspect the project through the next phases (RIBA Stage 3) to completion. Initial concept proposals have been produced by Architect/lead consultant (copy supplied) for planning pre-application discussions with the Planning department. Outline planning permission with reserved matters for "appearance and landscaping" has been granted. The development of 4 dwellings would to be completed and retained by F&HDC for high quality holiday rentals.
