Description

Unpaid Carers play an enormous role in contributing to the economy, by assisting to sustain our NHS, our social care support system and society itself. In recognition of this, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council and the NHS Clinical Commissioning Group in Southend-On-Sea, is joint funding projects to improve, support and empower the lives of unpaid Carers.
The Council will be inviting bids for project related funding up to £50,000 per project. We are holding a Provider engagement event on 8th June 2018 to share information about this opportunity and engage with the market.
The market engagement event will be held on Friday 8th June from 09:30am to 12:00pm at The Tickfield Centre, Southend-on-Sea. Space will be limited with allocation to 1 person per organisation; bookings can be made up until 6th June 2018 by contacting: Caroline Foley
